Job Title: Talent and Learning Development Partner

Your role will be to lead the Europe Region Learning and Development function, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic direction and industry requirements. You'll be responsible for training and professional development of employees, helping them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Assess the success of development plans and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with managers to develop career paths for team members
  • Provide guidance and support to employees in their learning and development journey

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Learning and Development
  • Higher education in HR or related field
  • Previous experience in hospitality and training in food and beverage operations
  • Fluent English
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure
  • Advanced Excel knowledge
