As a Talent and Learning Development Partner, you'll play a key role in leading the Europe Region L&D function, ensuring alignment with our overall business strategy and industry requirements. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Assessing the success of development plans and identifying areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with managers to develop career paths for their team members
  • Providing guidance on learning opportunities and helping employees make the most of their talents

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in learning and development
  • A higher education in HR or a related field
  • Previous experience in hospitality and training in food and beverage operations
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Advanced Excel knowledge

We offer a range of benefits, including company pension, on-site parking, and a 8 hour shift with day shift, holidays, and Monday to Friday schedule.
