As a Talent and Learning Development Partner, you'll play a key role in leading the Europe Region L&D function, ensuring alignment with our overall business strategy and industry requirements. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Assessing the success of development plans and identifying areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with managers to develop career paths for their team members
  • Providing guidance and support to employees to help them reach their full potential

We're looking for a highly experienced professional with a strong background in learning and development, preferably in the hospitality industry. You'll need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key qualifications include:

  • At least 5 years of experience in learning and development
  • Higher education in HR or a related field
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Advanced Excel knowledge
