Job Title: Talent and Learning Development Partner

Your role will be to lead the Europe Region Learning and Development function, ensuring alignment with our overall business strategy and industry requirements. You'll be responsible for training and developing our employees, helping them reach their full potential and making the most of their talents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Assess the success of development plans and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with managers to develop career paths for their team members
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to help them achieve their goals

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in learning and development
  • Higher education in HR or a related field
  • Previous experience in hospitality and training in food and beverage operations
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure
