Job Title: Compliance and Health and Safety Manager

We're a leading provider of smart energy solutions, and we're looking for a Health and Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our compliance and safety team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of our employees, customers, and the general public.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  2. Conduct risk assessments and identify opportunities for improvement in our safety and quality management systems.
  3. Work closely with our logistics and transport teams to ensure safe and efficient delivery of our services.
  4. Manage third-party health and safety providers and ensure they meet our high standards.
  5. Investigate accidents and incidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  6. Develop and deliver training programs to ensure our employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to work safely.
  7. Collaborate with our operations team to ensure our facilities and equipment meet health and safety standards.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a Health and Safety Manager or in a similar role.
  2. Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and its practical application.
  3. NEBOSH certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent.
  4. Internal auditing qualification, such as ISO45001.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
