Job Title: Head of Client Services

ISS Facility Services UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Client Services team. As Head of Client Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, management, development, and financial control of our Healthcare Cleaning, Patient Feeding, and Retail services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Client Services team to ensure delivery of high-quality services that meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement effective service improvement initiatives to drive productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Manage and evaluate service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, company policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in healthcare soft services management, including cleaning, patient feeding, and retail.
  • Strong risk management and client liaison skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
