About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Barber Manager to join our team at Bourdon House. As a key member of our luxury barber service, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of barbers to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and hygiene.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the Bourdon House team to promote our barber services and exceed client expectations.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and loyalty.
  • Monitor and improve service quality, customer satisfaction, and sales performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a luxury barber or salon environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to drive sales growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Education to A-Level or equivalent, with a qualification in the barbers industry (preferred).
