Barber / Barbershop Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Barber to join our team at Dunhill's global flagship store, Bourdon House. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing high-quality barber services to our discerning clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert barber services, including cutting and styling men's hair and providing wet shaves, to the highest standards.
- Ensure that all Health and Safety and hygiene standards are adhered to at all times.
- Set, monitor, and develop sales KPIs to meet sales and financial targets.
- Work with the Bourdon House Team to promote the Barber's services and exceed client expectations.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell the full store experience to each client.
- Improve and refresh services for our clients.
- Undertake administrative duties to a high standard.
- Build strong relationships and brand loyalty with clients visiting the barber's.
- Analyse customer response to the services offered and continually monitor and improve the service and offer.
- Network with neighbouring businesses to drive external traffic to the barbers.
- Hold events to drive client retention and acquisition and create new business opportunities.
- Manage, coach, and develop Barber staff to achieve performance standards and grow the business.
- Engage your team through strong leadership and set clear objectives.
- Ensure effective recruitment and selection is conducted to achieve the highest level of staff.
- Develop trust and loyalty through fair and consistent management of the team.
