About the Role

The Skills and Development Coach will play a crucial role in supporting a caseload of apprentices to ensure they complete their programmes on time. This involves working closely with employers, tutors, and the client team to provide guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a caseload of apprentices in achieving their goals
  • Liaise with employers, tutors, and the client team to ensure seamless support
  • Monitor learner progression and provide feedback
  • Guide learner development through our bespoke e-portfolio system
  • Support apprentices through to End Point Assessment
  • Keep accurate records and trackers up to date
