Sports Coach Job Description

U-Educate is seeking a qualified Sports Coach to join our team of educators. As a Sports Coach, you will be responsible for implementing the school sport programme effectively, promoting physical fitness and healthy lifestyles, and teaching students about safety in various sports settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver engaging sports coaching sessions for students aged 6-18
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure a comprehensive sports programme
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and support as needed
  • Contribute to the development of school sports policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in sports coaching or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other staff members
  • First aid skills and knowledge of child protection policies
