Key Responsibilities- Service Desk Performance and Improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service desk performance, including proactive oversight and automation.
- Monitor and analyze service desk metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Incident and Request Fulfillment
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of incidents and requests.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues.
- Asset Management and Compliance
- Oversee the management of IT assets, including hardware and software provisioning.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
- Team Management and Development
- Lead and manage a team of IT service desk analysts.
- Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including business leaders and IT teams.
- Communicate IT service desk performance and issues to senior management.
- Technical Competence
- Strong technical knowledge of Windows 11, Office, Azure Entra, Azure Admin, Teams Admin, Exchange, SharePoint, Citrix, and printing technology.
- Experience with OpenBox, Impact, DocoSoft, RMS, Workday, and ProCede applications.
- Leadership and Communication Skills
- Proven experience in leading a team and managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Business Acumen
- Understanding of business operations and processes.
- Ability to analyze business needs and develop IT solutions.
