Fantastic opportunity for an experienced property manager based at a residential development in the centre of Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee all aspects of managing circa 600 units and estate grounds

* Manage a team of concierges, cleaners, and sub contractors

* Issue section 20's & 21's

* Service charge budgeting

* Excellent customer service and communication skills

* Salary £38-40k per annual

* Pension

* Private medical care

* 25 days AL plus bank holidays

* AIRPM min
