Strategic Channel Sales Leader for Enterprise Software Solutions

At Theta Lake, we're seeking a results-driven Channel Sales Lead to spearhead our sales strategy in North America. As the lead, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive channel sales plan, building strong relationships with value-added resellers (VAR), TSDs, and systems integrator (SI) partners, and driving revenue growth through these strategic alliances.
About the RoleYou will work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to identify opportunities, develop go-to-market plans, and deliver exceptional results. This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise software and cloud technologies, as well as a proven track record in channel sales. You'll be expected to establish joint goals and nurture strong relationships with channel partners to drive mutual business growth and achieve sales targets.
To ensure our partners have the necessary knowledge and resources to sell and support our solutions effectively, you'll provide training, enablement, and ongoing support. Additionally, you'll collaborate with partners and cross-functionally internally to develop joint marketing and sales programs, including demand generation campaigns, joint-press campaigns, case studies, webinars, partner events, and co-selling initiatives that successfully drive referrals.
As a key member of our team, you'll monitor and analyze channel sales performance, partner pipeline, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategic actions. You'll also represent us at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand awareness, network with potential partners, and generate leads.

Requirements- A minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the unified communication industry
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to establish and maintain strategic partnerships at all levels of the organization
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, with additional benefits including a competitive bonus structure and opportunity for career growth.
