We are seeking a highly motivated Training and Skills Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Walsall College.

This role involves promoting the college's learning offer to customers and employers, developing new business opportunities, and contributing to recruitment targets.

You will play a key role in engaging with employers, attending networking events, and promoting the college offer.

The ideal candidate will be educated to Level 3 or equivalent and have an understanding of specific employment sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and employers.
