Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to provide comprehensive support to our Community Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in administration and customer service, with a strong ability to prioritize and work independently.

Main Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for inquiries and referrals, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring timely responses
  • Comprehensive administration support, including documentation and review of patient information
  • Allocation of cases based on urgency, ensuring efficient and effective case management
  • Collaboration with health and social care professionals, including Community Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists
