Senior Care Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Care Manager to join our Senior Management Team at QME Care (Queens House Kelso Ltd). This is an exciting opportunity to lead our care team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care services.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our care home, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support. You will be a natural leader, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire our care team.

As a Senior Care Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing a team of care staff
  • Developing and implementing care plans that meet the needs of our residents
  • Ensuring that our care home is compliant with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as nursing, health, or social care
  • At least 5 years of experience in a care management role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
