Job Description

We are seeking a qualified professional to join our Senior Management Team as a Registered Manager. This role reflects the evolving needs of our service, and we require someone with relevant workplace management experience, including overseeing other employees in a supported living, home care, or care home environment.

The successful candidate will hold an undergraduate degree or postgraduate professional qualification in Health, Social Care, Social Work, or a similar field. They will be an articulate communicator, responsible, and trustworthy, with strong clinical leadership skills. They will be comfortable working in a regulatory care environment and have experience with holistic and innovative care models.

The ideal candidate will be a professional, articulate, and confident individual who can work effectively with inquiry, inspection, and reporting processes. They will be an effective planner and organiser, a natural collaborator for efficiencies of service delivery, and proficient in Microsoft Suite and other IT software systems.

Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree or postgraduate professional qualification in Health, Social Care, Social Work, or a similar field
  • Relevant workplace management experience, including overseeing other employees in a supported living, home care, or care home environment
  • Strong clinical leadership skills
  • Experience with holistic and innovative care models
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and other IT software systems
