Senior Care Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Care Manager to join our Senior Management Team at QME Care (Queens House Kelso Ltd). This is an exciting opportunity to lead our care team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care services.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our care home, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support. You will be a natural leader, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire our care team.

You will have a strong background in care management, with experience of working in a care home environment. You will be confident in your ability to lead and manage a team, and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the care team, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Ensure that our care home is compliant with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with other members of the Senior Management Team to achieve our care home's goals and objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in care management, with experience of working in a care home environment.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire our care team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and other stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality care services.
