About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Employee to join our Whiddon team in the Kelso/Bathurst Area. As a Home Care Employee, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing domestic assistance, social support, transportation, meal preparation, personal care, and medication services to clients
  • Building strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Working collaboratively with our experienced Care Coordinators to ensure high-quality care
  • Being flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of our clients

Requirements
  • Certificate 3 in aged care or related field (or willingness to obtain)
  • Insured car and driver's license
  • Availability to work weekdays between 16:00-21:00 and weekends
