Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Energy Systems Maintenance Specialist to join our team in the Fife/Edinburgh region. This is a mobile role, requiring you to travel to various client sites to perform maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Carry out Predictive Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance at multiple sites.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for all maintenance needs throughout your allocated areas.
  3. Ensure accurate and up-to-date completion of technical and compliance documentation.
  4. Perform service and repair of various mechanical equipment, including boilers, fans, pumps, AHUs, and FCUs.
  5. Maintain safe working practices when dealing with 3-phase and single-phase electrics.
  6. Conduct site surveys and generate reports as required by management.

Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate should possess:

  1. Adequate ACS Gas certification, covering COCN, CIGA, CORT, ICPN, CDGA, TPCP1, and TPCP1A.
  2. ACS Domestic gas qualification.

Benefits & Requirements

This position comes with a competitive salary range of £43,680 per annum, paid travel time, and excellent benefits. A full driving license is mandatory due to the mobile nature of this role.
