About the Position

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will work closely with our residential support team to deliver exceptional care and support services. Your primary responsibility will be to engage children in various activities, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological development.

About You

To excel in this position, you should have experience working with children and young people, preferably in a residential setting. Excellent communication skills, patience, and understanding are crucial for building strong relationships with our service users and their families. You must also be flexible and adaptable, capable of working varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and nights.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  1. Support children in their daily routines, including meals, laundry, and personal care.
  2. Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, promoting trust and confidence.
  3. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of £24,000 - £28,000 per annum.
