Job Summary:

- This role involves working as a Special Education Support Worker with Red Apple Education Ltd, supporting individuals with special educational needs (SEN) in achieving their personal and vocational goals.
Main Responsibilities:

- To provide guidance and support to service users in developing personalized plans and strategies
- To maintain positive relationships with service users, employers, and other stakeholders
- To assist with the development and implementation of personalized plans and strategies
- To maintain accurate records and reports, as required
Requirements:

- Up-to-date DBS clearance and enhanced disclosure via the Update Service
- Able to drive and have access to a car
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
