About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Hays Construction and Property as a Graduate/Junior Asset Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of transactions for both commercial and residential assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage transactions from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Support the Asset Managers in portfolio optimization and management, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Work closely with the Senior Asset Manager and Estates Surveyor to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies for bringing forward disposal programs of surplus assets and acquiring assets to support the Salvation Army mission.
  • Manage external consultants as needed, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Contribute to the development of professional skills and experience through training opportunities and personal development programs.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in managing transactions, either in a client-side or consultancy role.
  • Excellent reporting skills, including experience with database management for property purposes.
  • Current driving license.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid and flexible environment.
  • Willingness to develop professional skills and experience through training opportunities.
