About Tandem Property Asset Management

Tandem Property Asset Management is a leading independent property asset management partnership, comprising a dedicated team of professionals. With 75 employees across four national offices, we manage approximately 1,200 retail, office, industrial, and residential properties.

Our Mission

We attract, recruit, and retain the best professionals in the property industry. Our two-year graduate scheme provides a comprehensive training program, where you will work within our commercial property management teams, completing APC competencies to varying levels.

We will sponsor your MRICS qualification and provide a mentor to guide your professional development.

What We're Looking For

We seek passionate, independent, and collaborative team players who are self-motivated and enthusiastic. You must possess excellent communication and people skills, attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to perform under pressure.

You will need a minimum of a 2:1 in a property estate management undergraduate degree or a 2:1 in any undergraduate degree with a merit in a real estate-related postgraduate degree.
