Support Worker for Children with Additional Needs

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Support Worker to support children with additional needs in our specialist setting.
About the Role:- Provide tailored support to children, helping them feel safe and supported in their learning environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, many of whom may be vulnerable.
- Support social, emotional, and academic development.
- Travel between sites and transport children when required (travel expenses covered).
- Experience: Previous experience working in primary settings, ideally with children with additional needs, is essential.
- Personal Qualities: Calm, patient, and empathetic with strong relationship-building skills.
- Skills: Understanding of challenges faced by children with ASD, ADHD, or emotional and behavioural difficulties.
- Driving Licence: A UK driving licence and access to your vehicle are essential.
Salary: £28,000 - £32,500 per annum
