Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Team Manager and make a real difference to the lives of Children, Young People, and Families. As part of our Leaving Care Services team, you will lead and manage a designated team of people working with service users to provide all required Children's Services activities and practices to the agreed standards.

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a designated team of people working with service users to provide all required Children's Services activities and practices to the agreed standards.
  2. Develop and maintain effective practice and delivery of services to children, young people, and families.
  3. Complete all management procedures and routines for each member of the team in line with People Policies to maintain individual and team capability and motivation.
  4. Oversight and control of Service User Recording in the team to ensure it is undertaken in accordance with policies and procedures and to the satisfaction of Commissioners and all relevant external authorities.
  5. Support CSM in the provision of performance management data and reporting to internal and external stakeholders as required.
