About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Export Business Development Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the export market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic new business approach to drive growth in the export market
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners in the Middle East, Europe, and Africa
  • Travel internationally (50%+ of the time) to meet with customers and prospects
  • Understand and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to customers
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities

Requirements
  • Proven experience in export and international sales
  • Strategic new business approach and understanding of global markets
  • Ability to travel internationally (50%+ of the time)
  • Working knowledge of different cultures and ways of selling
  • Experience working in a team environment
