We are currently seeking an experienced Ironmongery Business Development Specialist to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through sales activities, building relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably in the construction industry, and a proven track record of achieving targets. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist Construction Sales Recruitment Consultancy and work on a range of high-profile projects across the UK. As an Ironmongery Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for generating specifications from architects and interior designers, as well as selling a comprehensive range of high quality door hardware & architectural ironmongery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating specifications from architects and interior designers
  • Selling a comprehensive range of high quality door hardware & architectural ironmongery
  • Dealing with main contractors and sub-contractors

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + negotiable bonus / commission

Benefits: company car or £500 - £600 car allowance and full benefits
