We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Director - Architectural Hardware to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales leadership, preferably in the construction industry, and a proven track record of achieving targets. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to motivate and lead a team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist Construction Sales Recruitment Consultancy and work on a range of high-profile projects across the UK. As a Sales Director - Architectural Hardware, you will be responsible for generating specifications from architects and interior designers, as well as selling a comprehensive range of high quality door hardware & architectural ironmongery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + negotiable bonus / commission
