Business Development Executive

**Job Summary:**We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager – Automatic Door Systems to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. The successful candidate will have experience in field sales, specifically in the construction industry, selling to contractors. You will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within the industry, focusing on automatic doors, sliding doors, security systems, barriers, swing doors, and access control.
**Responsibilities:**- Sell a high-quality manufactured range of automatic door and security systems to end-users, façade contractors, security contractors, main contractors, and sub-contractors.
- Work in a buddy system with a dedicated specification sales team.
- Inherit a well-established area capable of turning over circa £900k, with large on-going project bank to go after.
**Requirements:**- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop people.
- Dynamic personality and a hunger to succeed.
**Compensation and Benefits:**The position offers a competitive salary of £50,000 + 30% bonus, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including a £650 per month car allowance.
