**Business Development Executive - Waste Management**
**B asic salaryto £35,000, OTE circa £45,000 + Car + Benefits**

My client is a well respected facilities management company and they are looking to add a new business focused field sales professional to their existing sales team on the waste management side of the business. If you're looking for a new challenge but wantto feel part of a close team with fantastic growth potential this could be a great opportunity for you
**The Role**:

- This is a field based role, working from home but with some visits to the office in Yorkshire
- Selling waste management solutions to businesses of varying markets
- You'll be self sourcing your own leads as well as following up on incoming enquiries then booking and attending client and prospect meetings
- Covering the Yorkshire area but this could also include some parts of the north west, South Yorkshire and beyond.

**The Person**:

- Field sales experience in a service industry is definitely needed for this role.
- You'll be a talented new business developer, used to sourcing appointments for new business.
- Experience working within the waste sector would be great, but other business to business backgrounds can be considered.
- Someone used to dealing with mid size customers rather than just small SMEs is important too.
- You'll be used to using a CRM system and updating information and sales pipeline
- Comfortable working to targets and understanding how to manage the sales process from start to finish, you'll be passionate and proactive in your approach.

**The Package**:

- A basic salary up to £35,000 is offered
- OTE adding around £10k to your salary but this is completely uncapped
- There is a company car
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays + an additional day for your birthday
- Pension, laptop, phone etc are also included
