Job Description

The successful candidate will manage a research project that involves training mice on cognitive tasks and manipulating and imaging neural activity. They will work closely with the PI and contribute to various aspects of organising and managing the project and the lab. The applicant will also provide guidance to postdocs, research assistants, and DPhil students.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of a Master's Degree in natural sciences or hold (or be close to completion) a DPhil/PhD in a similar field
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills and good skills in IT/programming
  • Proven management and organisational skills
  • Team player and mentoring skills
  • Independent and responsible with a high level of resilience and professionalism
