Job Title: Site Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Site Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a large site in excess of 500,000 sq ft. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing site operations, including refurbishment and project works, tenant fit-outs, and leading an on-site team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage service charge budgets and oversee health and safety on site
  • Engage with end users (tenants) on a daily basis to ensure a high level of service delivery
  • Partner with service providers to create a 'one team ethos' and deliver exceptional results

Requirements:
