About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with prior experience in customer support, sales, projects, or contracts-focused roles. Your ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, including design, production, and supply chain, will be crucial in delivering excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via telephone and email, ensuring timely and effective communication
- Work closely with internal teams to provide customers with updates on their projects
- Utilize MRP/ERP based systems to manage customer interactions and project progress
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service delivery
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong focus on communication and problem-solving
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MRP/ERP systems
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
