Job Title: Payroll & Reward Manager (12 Months FTC)

Austin Fraser is seeking a skilled Payroll & Reward Manager to join its team on a 12-month contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes, overseeing reward and benefits policies, and ensuring compliance with employment law.

About the Role:
  • Manage workflows to ensure accurate processing of payroll transactions.
  • Oversee the outsourced payroll provider and communicate information to pension providers, HMRC, and other statutory bodies.
  • Focus on diversity and inclusion in all policies, conducting benchmarking, equal pay audits, and annual pay reviews.
Requirements:
  • Proven background in managing end-to-end payroll processes and strong understanding of reward strategies, benefits administration, and benchmarking.
  • Ability to analyse data, conduct pay audits, and use HR and payroll systems, as well as experience managing projects and communicating clearly with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team, set clear goals, and maintain high levels of accuracy in managing payroll data, benefits administration, and reporting.
  • Problem-solving skills and proficiency in using payroll and HR software are also essential.

The salary for this role is approximately £66,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
