**Payroll & Reward Manager (12 Months FTC) - UK Remote - £66,000**
JGA Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking a skilled Compensation and Rewards Manager to join their team on a 12-month contract basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a successful business in the UK.
Responsibilities- Set objectives and prioritize the workload for the payroll team, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of all transactions.
- Oversee workflows to guarantee compliance with statutory requirements and ensure seamless communication with pension providers, HMRC, and other regulatory bodies.
- Manage the outsourced payroll provider, maintaining high standards of service delivery.
- Develop and implement reward and benefits policies that align with employment law, fostering diversity and inclusion within the organization.
- Conduct benchmarking, equal pay audits, and annual pay reviews to optimize compensation strategies.
- Undertake regular market-related pay research to inform decision-making.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance to management on payroll-related matters.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end payroll processes, including data analysis, pay audits, and HR/payroll system utilization.
- A strong understanding of reward strategies, benefits administration, and benchmarking practices.
- The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from junior staff to senior management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including team management and goal-setting.
- High accuracy in managing payroll data, benefits administration, and reporting.
- Problem-solving skills and proficiency in using payroll and HR software.
