Job Title

**Payroll & Reward Manager (12 Months FTC) - UK Remote - £66,000**

JGA Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking a skilled Compensation and Rewards Manager to join their team on a 12-month contract basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a successful business in the UK.

Responsibilities
  1. Set objectives and prioritize the workload for the payroll team, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of all transactions.
  2. Oversee workflows to guarantee compliance with statutory requirements and ensure seamless communication with pension providers, HMRC, and other regulatory bodies.
  3. Manage the outsourced payroll provider, maintaining high standards of service delivery.
  4. Develop and implement reward and benefits policies that align with employment law, fostering diversity and inclusion within the organization.
  5. Conduct benchmarking, equal pay audits, and annual pay reviews to optimize compensation strategies.
  6. Undertake regular market-related pay research to inform decision-making.
  7. Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance to management on payroll-related matters.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in managing end-to-end payroll processes, including data analysis, pay audits, and HR/payroll system utilization.
  2. A strong understanding of reward strategies, benefits administration, and benchmarking practices.
  3. The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from junior staff to senior management.
  4. Demonstrated leadership skills, including team management and goal-setting.
  5. High accuracy in managing payroll data, benefits administration, and reporting.
  6. Problem-solving skills and proficiency in using payroll and HR software.
