About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for managing the Clinical Team and holding a therapy caseload. You will work collaboratively with the Registered Managers and the Locality Clinical Lead to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention programmes for our service users who present with complex profiles of need.

The successful candidate will have a recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy, or be registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC. They will also have experience working with autistic individuals and those with complex needs, as well as providing supervision and supporting a therapy team.

As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating the line management of the members of the clinical team and working collaboratively with sites across our Adult Services in the Scunthorpe area. You will also contribute to staff training and consultation, and have the ability to work independently and make decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Clinical Team and hold a therapy caseload
  • Work collaboratively with the Registered Managers and the Locality Clinical Lead
  • Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention programmes for service users
  • Provide supervision and support to the therapy team
  • Contribute to staff training and consultation
Requirements
  • Recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy, or be registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC
  • Experience working with autistic individuals and those with complex needs
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions
  • Experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team
