The successful candidate will have a recognized degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy, or a related field, and will be registered with the relevant professional body. They will also have experience working with autistic individuals and those with complex needs, as well as providing supervision and supporting a therapy team.
As a Clinical Team Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating the line management of the members of the onsite clinical team, delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our students, and contributing to staff training and consultation. You will also be responsible for coordinating the line management of the members of the onsite clinical team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the in-house therapy services at Options Barton School
- Work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership team and Locality Clinical Lead
- Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our students
- Contribute to staff training and consultation
- Coordinate the line management of the members of the onsite clinical team
- Recognized degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy, or a related field
- Registration with the relevant professional body
- Experience working with autistic individuals and those with complex needs
- Experience providing supervision and supporting a therapy team
- Full UK valid driving licence and access to own vehicle
