Clinical Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Lead to join our team at Options Barton School in North Lincolnshire. As a key member of our Clinical Team, you will be responsible for managing our in-house therapy services and working collaboratively with our Senior Leadership team and Locality Clinical Lead.
The successful candidate will have a recognized degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy, or a related field, and will be registered with the relevant professional body. They will also have experience working with autistic individuals and those with complex needs, as well as providing supervision and supporting a therapy team.
As a Clinical Team Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating the line management of our onsite clinical team, delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our students, and contributing to staff training and consultation. You will also be responsible for holding a therapy caseload and working collaboratively with our Clinical Network and growing Clinical Team.
