We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Lead to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a Clinical Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing the Clinical Team in our Options Roxby House Adult Services, working collaboratively with sites across our Adult Services in the Scunthorpe area.
The successful candidate will have a recognized degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy, or be registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC. They will also have experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team, as well as clear and concise report writing relating to clinical and research activities.
In this role, you will be responsible for holding a therapy caseload with the full support of our well-established and knowledgeable clinical network and growing Clinical Team. You will also contribute to staff training and consultation, and work collaboratively with sites across our Adult Services in the Scunthorpe area.
