Job Title: Clinical Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Team Lead to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a Clinical Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of clinicians and providing clinical leadership to our Adult Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of clinicians and provide clinical leadership to our Adult Services
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve outcomes for our service users
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Provide supervision and support to clinicians
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy or registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC
  • Experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team
  • Full UK valid driving licence and access to own vehicle
