About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Roxby House in Scunthorpe. As a key member of our Clinical Team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of clinicians, providing clinical leadership and guidance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our service users.

The successful candidate will have a recognized degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy, or a related field, and will be registered with a professional body such as the HCPC. They will also have experience working with autistic individuals and those with complex needs, and will be able to provide supervision and support to a therapy team.

As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating the line management of the clinical team, providing clinical leadership and guidance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our service users. You will also be responsible for holding a therapy caseload and contributing to staff training and consultation.

We are looking for a resilient and enthusiastic individual with a therapeutic approach and the ability to make decisions, manage their own workload, and supervise others. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Recognized degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy, or a related field
  • Registered with a professional body such as the HCPC
  • Experience working with autistic individuals and those with complex needs
  • Ability to provide supervision and support to a therapy team
  • Full UK valid driving licence and access to own vehicle
