Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of care professionals in providing exceptional care and support services to individuals with complex needs. Key responsibilities include:
- To ensure that each individual receives the care and support that is appropriate to their assessed needs.
- To lead, manage, supervise, and support all team members providing care services.
- To promote a supportive and enabling environment for individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make fair and assertive decisions confidently. A qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent is essential, as is a commitment to professional development and excellence in care management.
