**What you will be doing**
As a qualified Nurse, you will ensure people with Learning Disabilities receive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promote good teamwork.
No two days are the same, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, but also a good amount of routine.
You will have access to the Elysium Wellbeing team, which is on hand to keep you feeling great; be it a chat, massage or group activities. Who doesn't like a free massage at work?

The service operates 24/7. Standard shifts are 12.5hours a day, on 37.5 hour contract.
**Where you will be working**
**Location**: Newark Road, North Hykeham, Lincolnshire, LN6 9SP
You will be working at Chesterfield House, a Learning Disability and Autism service which provides care and support to adults who have a learning disability and/or mental health needs.
All services are specifically designed to provide small group or single person environments, replicating an ordinary living setting. These allow for the development of daily living skills aimed at a move towards more independent living.
You will work alongside the multidisciplinary team at Chesterfield House to provide person centred and care planned outcome focused interventions to support recovery to better health and greater independence. We facilitate engagement in the community andthe opportunity to develop new lifestyle choices to improve self-esteem and confidence.
