Autism and Learning Disability Practitioner

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is seeking an experienced Autism and Learning Disability Practitioner to join our team in East Fife. As an Autism and Learning Disability Practitioner, you will work closely with individuals with autism and learning disabilities, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Assess the needs of individuals with autism and learning disabilities, developing tailored support plans to promote independence and well-being.
2. Deliver high-quality support services, ensuring the safety and dignity of individuals with autism and learning disabilities.
3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support services for individuals with autism and learning disabilities.
The Richmond Fellowship Scotland offers a competitive salary of £25,500 - £29,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary, we offer a range of benefits, including continuous training opportunities, paid travel during shifts, and a refer-a-friend scheme.
