About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Lifeguard to join our team at Mansfield District Leisure Trust. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our customers while they enjoy our pool facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise activities in the pool area and maintain high standards of cleanliness
  • Provide customer care to people of all ages and backgrounds
  • Ensure the safe handling and set up of pool equipment
  • Respond to emergencies and provide first aid when needed

Requirements

  • Hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (Royal Life Saving Society)
  • Have excellent customer service skills and be able to interact with people of all ages and backgrounds
  • Be safety conscious and vigilant, with the ability to deal with pressurised situations
  • Have strong swimming skills
