Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming sales and customer enquiry calls to assist customers in protecting their material assets and liabilities.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets, both individually and as part of the overall sales team, by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their commercial insurance requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, including Financial Conduct Authority requirements and the UK Insurance market, to ensure compliance and provide expert advice to clients.

Requirements:

  • At least one year's general insurance experience, preferably in a commercial account handling or sales advisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK Insurance market and Financial Conduct Authority requirements, including Treating Customers Fairly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
