About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Autism Support Specialist to join our team at Reeson Education. This part-time role involves working with primary-aged children with Autism, providing support and supervision during lunch and playtimes.

You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure a smooth transition between lessons and activities. Your primary focus will be on promoting the wellbeing and safety of all children in your care.

Key Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with Autism or SEN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £26,000-£32,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also receive comprehensive training and support to help you excel in this role.
