Reed is currently seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join a well-respected organisation based in central Aberdeen. This permanent full-time opportunity offers a chance to work within a friendly and sociable team, processing end-to-end payroll with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Input daily timesheets into the system
- Prepare the weekly paysheet for central team
- Manage absence and calculate SSP, SMP, and SPP
- Maintain holiday tracker and manage payroll-related spreadsheets
- Resolve queries via telephone and email and support the audit process
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and adhere to strict GDPR regulations
- Calculate back payments and overtime
- Experience within a payroll position
- Understanding of MS Office, including Excel
- A results-driven individual with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team and manage multiple tasks
- Experience with CIS is desirable
