Reed is currently seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join a well-respected organisation based in central Aberdeen. This permanent full-time opportunity offers a chance to work within a friendly and sociable team, processing end-to-end payroll with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Input daily timesheets into the system
  • Prepare the weekly paysheet for central team
  • Manage absence and calculate SSP, SMP, and SPP
  • Maintain holiday tracker and manage payroll-related spreadsheets
  • Resolve queries via telephone and email and support the audit process
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and adhere to strict GDPR regulations
  • Calculate back payments and overtime
Requirements:
  • Experience within a payroll position
  • Understanding of MS Office, including Excel
  • A results-driven individual with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well within a team and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience with CIS is desirable
