HR Coordinator

We are seeking an ambitious HR Generalist with a strong background in Payroll to join our team at Thorpe Molloy McCulloch Recruitment Ltd. As an HR Coordinator - Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for collating regional Payroll data, reviewing reports, and authorising payment processes.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Collate and review regional Payroll data for accuracy and completeness.
- Authorise payment processes and ensure timely payment to employees.
- Manage employee files, monitor absence levels, and liaise with benefits providers.
- Support the HR Manager with employee relations meetings and cases.
- Contribute to the development of HR processes and projects, including system implementation and change management initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Payroll and HR Generalist roles.
- Professional HR qualification and/or related degree.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and attention to detail.
